Franchise Distributor franchisees are required to participate in and complete the initial training program provided by Franchise Distributor on outlet operations. Franchisees have the option to designate a key operator to complete the Key Operator Restaurant Training. Before opening the franchise, the owner must attend a three-day training program at Franchise Distributor headquarters, covering product knowledge, profit margins, and selling skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Under direction, other franchisee employees must also attend and complete training programs to Franchise Distributor's satisfaction. Training sessions are held at designated national, regional, or divisional offices, or other specified locations as determined by franchise distributor. Training methods include computer-based learning through the Learning Zone program, written materials, on-the-job training at other Franchise Distributor outlets, and classroom instruction.
The individual completing the Key Operator Restaurant Training will be responsible for training employees at the outlet. Franchise Distributor may require franchisees and their employees to attend additional refresher training courses, programs, and seminars at times and locations as reasonably required by Franchise Distributor Corporation to maintain standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
